From Paycheck To Freedom ("FPTF") is operated by FOUNDORX Pty Ltd ("FOUNDORX", "we", "us").
FPTF is a general educational product intended to help users understand practical approaches to building online income, digital products, selling, audience growth, systems and financial-freedom planning. The governed learning product contains eight phases and 64 lessons. Public resources may include the Freedom Starter Guide, articles and practical planning tools.
FPTF is not a promise of income, business success or a specific timeframe. Individual results vary.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase FPTF or participate as an FPTF affiliate. FPTF is 18+ only.
A person who cannot lawfully enter the agreement in their jurisdiction must not create a paid account without a valid lawful basis. 18+ eligibility is enforced at account creation through a required self-declaration validated server-side ("I confirm I am 18 years or older."). This is an attestation, not identity or age verification: no date of birth, age or identity data is collected or stored.
Where an account is required, users must provide accurate information and keep account access secure. Authentication and paid/authorised entitlement are separate states: creating an account does not itself grant paid learning access.
Users must not share passwords, authentication codes or account access in a way that compromises the service. FOUNDORX will never require a user to send a password or security code through ordinary support messages.
Subject to these Terms and any approved access conditions, FOUNDORX grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use FPTF for the user's own lawful personal/business-learning purposes.
Your access can only be suspended or ended in the ways set out in section 16. There is no separate right for us to withdraw your access at will, and paying for FPTF is not a licence we can simply take back.
This licence does not transfer ownership of FPTF curriculum, design, software, trade marks, guides or other FOUNDORX content.
Where FPTF lets a user enter plans, responses, notes or similar private information:
Public community publishing is not a current FPTF feature. If we introduce one, we will publish separate terms covering it before it opens.
The commercial terms of your purchase are:
What "the FPTF core" means. The FPTF core is the paid learning program described in section 2: the eight phases and 64 lessons, and the updates we make to them. That is what your one-off A$149 buys, and that is what "lifetime access" applies to.
Some things sit outside the core, and we are not promising those forever: optional or free extras such as the Freedom Starter Guide, articles and planning tools, and optional or ancillary features that depend on a third-party service but are not necessary to access or use the FPTF core. We may add, change or retire those, as set out in section 13. Nothing in this paragraph reduces your access to the core.
A checkout return page on its own is not proof that you paid or that you have access. Access follows our payment and entitlement process, not the page your browser happens to land on.
This section applies only if FOUNDORX approves a recurring subscription or trial.
Current applicability: NOT APPLICABLE — FPTF launches as a one-time A$149 purchase with no subscription and no free trial. These provisions become relevant only after a future explicit Founder decision to introduce recurring billing or a trial.
If we ever introduce recurring billing or a trial, we will tell you clearly before you buy: the price, the currency, how often you would be charged, any trial terms, when the first charge happens, how renewal works, how you cancel, any cancellation deadline and its effect, how we would handle a price change, and the refund position. We will put those terms where you actually see them, not only in this document.
We do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund. If you decide FPTF is simply not for you, that on its own is not something we refund. That is a commercial position, and it is the only thing this paragraph says.
It does not touch your legal rights, and it cannot. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded — under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law that applies to you. A blanket "no refunds under any circumstances" position is not authorised and is not our position.
Some customers also have a statutory right to withdraw or cancel. Depending on where you live and which law applies to your purchase, you may have a right to withdraw from or cancel a distance contract without having to give a reason. This commonly arises for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Where that right applies to you, the period is ordinarily 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, subject to the statutory rules that actually apply.
We give you access immediately. Access to the FPTF core is switched on as soon as your payment is confirmed. We do not hold it back, and taking that access does not by itself cost you the statutory right described above.
Where a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right applies to you and you validly exercise it within its period, we refund the full purchase price. We do not deduct anything for lessons you opened, progress you made, or any other use you had of FPTF in the meantime.
That is us following the law where the law gives you the right — it is not a general refund promise. It does not create a refund right for customers to whom no such statutory right applies, and it does not change the first paragraph of this section.
How to exercise it, and what happens after you do, are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with the statutory withdrawal information. Approved refunds are returned through the governed payment process.
Users must not use FPTF to:
FOUNDORX and its licensors retain ownership of FPTF software, curriculum, branding, guide content and other protected materials except for user-owned content and third-party material expressly identified as such.
Trade mark and business-name rights are described only to the extent actually registered or owned. The FPTF operating business name is registered under FOUNDORX Pty Ltd. No trade mark claim is made in these Terms, and nothing in them should be read as asserting a registered trade mark.
FPTF may rely on approved third parties for functions such as authentication, database, hosting, email, payments or other infrastructure. The providers we actually use, and where they process information, are described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party terms may apply to their services. FOUNDORX remains responsible for its own obligations and must not use third-party terms to remove non-excludable consumer rights.
What we may do. We may maintain, secure, fix, update and improve FPTF, and make technical or service changes that are reasonably necessary — including to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, or because a third-party service we rely on changes. We will not describe a feature as available when it is not.
What we will not do. We will not:
Optional extras are different. The things listed in section 7 as sitting outside the core may change or be retired where that is reasonably necessary. We will not present that as a change to the core, because it is not one.
If we ever have to make a change that genuinely disadvantages your access to the core, we will tell you in advance where it is reasonably practicable to do so, and explain what is changing. Your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, are not affected by anything in this section — including your right to a remedy if what you paid for is not delivered.
FPTF provides general educational information. It is not personalised legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Users should obtain relevant professional advice for their own circumstances where appropriate.
No particular income level, result or timeline is guaranteed.
To the maximum extent lawfully permitted, FOUNDORX may exclude only terms that can legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms contain no monetary liability cap, no consequential-loss exclusion and no indemnity given by you. None is claimed, and none should be read into these Terms. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and any equivalent non-excludable rights where you live, are unaffected.
The only grounds. We may suspend or end your access where it is reasonably necessary because of:
There is no "any reason" right. If none of those grounds applies, we do not suspend or end your access.
We take the smaller step where the smaller step is enough. Any action we take must be proportionate to the problem. Where a temporary suspension is enough to deal with it, we suspend rather than end your access — being able to end access does not mean we will.
Telling you, and letting you fix it. Where it is reasonably practicable, and safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you what the problem is. Where a material breach is something you can put right, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to do so before we end your access permanently.
When we may act immediately. We may act straight away, without telling you first, where that is reasonably necessary to deal with fraud, a serious security threat, unlawful conduct, an urgent risk to users or the service, or a legal requirement that prevents us giving notice.
If you think we got it wrong. Contact info@frompaycheck2freedom.com and we will review the decision under section 17.
Suspension or termination does not erase your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, any legitimate refund or remedy claim you already have, or records we are required to keep. Account and data deletion is governed separately.
Users may contact info@frompaycheck2freedom.com. FOUNDORX will investigate billing, service, privacy and consumer complaints.
Available external legal/consumer avenues remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and Commonwealth laws of Australia where they apply, with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Western Australia. Nothing in this section removes any right or remedy that applies to you under law that cannot lawfully be excluded — see sections 15 and 16.
Every published version of these Terms carries a version and an effective date, and we publish a summary of what changed. We keep an unaltered archived copy of the version it replaced, and provide that copy on request. We give appropriate notice of material changes. Where fresh affirmative acceptance is required, we record it rather than treating silence or unrelated activity as consent.
